Vegan Chocolate Banana Ice Cream with Peanut Butter Bombs

To satisfy that sweet tooth I battle on a nightly basis, I adore this simple, delicious treat filled with healthy, vegan ingredients…
2 frozen bananas
1/4 c. almond milk (soy or rice milk work too)
2 T. raw cacao nibs
1-2 T. peanut butter (I used fresh ground PB out of the nut grinder at Whole Foods, its amazing)
Blend bananas, milk, and 1 T cacao nibs until smooth in a food processor or high speed blender. It will be close to the consistency of soft serve. Heat the PB and remaining cacao nibs on the stove top and drop bite-sized dollops on top of blended bananas. Enjoy!
